Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the bottle in its original packaging to ensure the glass is protected during transit and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
